Redeeming mutual funds is easy. First, you need to speak to your mutual funds provider and learn about redeeming procedure. You will be required to fill up a transaction slip along with the mailing address. Another way to do it is to if you have created a money market account with the agent, the money can be directly transferred to your bank account.
You can also wait for the mutual fund to mature. When it reaches the date of maturity, the money will be transferred to your money market account. After redeeming the money, you can put it to use the way you want. You can again invest the money in mutual funds or you can make use of it for any other purpose like studies such as MBA, diploma course or you can also use it to clear your medical bills.
